MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the department, monitoring operational and guest-related information to ensure timely resolution
• Inspect, supervise, and guide staff to follow the correct procedures and regulations in order to provide the best customer service
• Check the preparation of VIP rooms and conduct inspections before guest arrival to ensure everything is ready
• Coordinate with related departments in organizing and welcoming large groups of guests to ensure guest satisfaction
• Check the payment status of departing guests on the day, including group guests
• Inspect and report any damages in the Lobby area for timely action, ensuring that the department’s equipment and tools are always in good working condition
• Handle guest complaints within the scope of authority to ensure guest satisfaction, making sure that complaints are addressed promptly throughout the day and reported immediately to the department head for record-keeping
• Actively cooperate with other departments to resolve guest issues and complaints when necessary
• Provide timely assistance to other positions in the department to ensure maximum efficiency in service and guest care
• Periodically check the long-term payment status of guests
• Prepare room status reports, revenue reports, and other statistical reports for submission to department heads
• Regularly evaluate staff performance and make recommendations to the HOD regarding rewards or disciplinary actions
• Perform other duties as assigned by FOM

• Gross salary + service charge + bonus on holidays and special occasions
• 13th month salary
• 1 day off per week. Work in rotating shifts, with each shift lasting 8 hours

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English. Proficiency in a third language such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is an advantage
• Graduated with at least a vocational diploma or higher
• High adaptability, communication skill, problem solving skill, teamwork, computer skill and able to work under pressure
• Honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a willingness to learn
