Mô tả công việc
- Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, advertising, events, PR, etc.).
- Create and manage content on website and fanpage; maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Support the Sales Director in optimizing marketing efforts and targeting potential customer segments.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; propose improvements.
- Promote the hotel's brand, services, and products to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with departments to develop seasonal promotions and service packages.
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, and roadshows to engage potential clients.
- Report campaign progress and performance to the Management Board.
- Perform other related tasks to support the Sales & Marketing department.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
- At least 1 – 2 years of marketing experience in the hospitality.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic design software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Creative, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
