Mô tả công việc
- Translate written documents, emails, and communication materials from Korean to English/Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and guest interactions.
- Assist Korean-speaking guests with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Support recruitment, training, and HR-related activities requiring Korean language skills.
- Ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism in all translations.
- Work closely with different departments to support operational needs where Korean language skills are required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English.
- Previous experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Service-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
