Mô tả công việc
• Directly sell appropriate product and service packages, meeting the desired needs of travel companies and businesses
• Understand the needs of customer segments including travel companies and businesses to exceed customer expectations
• Implement a care program and develop good relationships with old customers, especially strategic customers of the Resort
• Manage customer information system
• Consulting, supporting, answering questions from customers
• Have plans and programs to send promotional information and incentives exclusively to old customers
• Have a plan to deploy incentive and gift programs to attract customers to return
• Coordinate with the department to plan market development for the resort: find new target customers, find new use values of products - services...
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager

• Graduated from college and higher, majoring in guest service, business
• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession
• Having at least 02 years working experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort
