Mô tả công việc

To be responsible to handle all communication in and out of the Housekeeping Office to ensure a smooth running of the department.
To ensure efficiency in performance by providing reliable information and highly responsible in doing necessary follow-ups.
To manage daily activity reports in the Housekeeping Office, collect and arrange Housekeeping reports prior to hand in to Order taker supervisor.
To handle all issues pertaining to Lost & Found – receiving, recording, storage, claiming and clearing (items kept more than 6 months follow SOP).
To control the master key card, mobile-pack key and butler pantry and Housekeeping outlets store room key.
