Mô tả công việc
- Assist the Laundry Manager in supervising and coordinating all activities within the Laundry section.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all laundry and valet personnel engaged in the processing of guest items, house laundry/dry cleaning and pressing items.
- Observes operation of machines and equipment to detect possible malfunctions, refer to the Laundry Manager/ Executive Housekeeper any unusual sound or defects of the equipment.
- Ensures the availability and adequate supply of linen and uniforms as required by Linen & Uniform room.
- All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
