- Manage all daily operations of the Executive Lounge, including breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments.
- Ensure staff follow SOPs and brand standards.
- Uphold Pullman Guest Satisfaction Index standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Supervise guest check-in/check-out processes in the lounge.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of the lounge.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily banking reports (if applicable).
- Oversee lounge inventory, ordering, and cost control.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 2–3 years of management experience in a luxury hotel (Executive Lounge / Club Floor / Guest Relations / F&B).
- Strong guest relations and F&B service background.
- Fluency in English (additional languages preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Open-minded, proactive, and guest-centric personality.
