Mô tả công việc
- Ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO) to minimize spoilage and obsolescence
- Store all received items in designated storage areas (dry stores, chillers, freezers, chemical stores, etc.) according to established hotel and HACCP standards (for F&B).
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper labeling of all storage areas
- Ensure security of all storerooms and control access to authorized personnel only
- Issue goods from the storeroom based on authorized requisitions only
- Conduct regular spot checks and assist in periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) physical inventory counts for all items ( food, non food, assets, tools, ose..)
- Identify and report slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged items to the Cost Controller and Purchasing Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity within a hotel or hospitality environment
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and simple record keeping
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detai
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good reading, writing, speaking in Vietnamese. Basic English
