TECHNICIAN (BUILDING)

• Be responsible for maintenance and repair of all Facility equipment. Specific duties include repair, maintenance and replacement of parts for all machinery and equipment inside the building to ensure smooth and efficient operation of equipment as assigned by the Engineer managements.
• The role of Preventive Maintenance is concerned with performing various tasks, jobs and responsibilities to ensure that machinery and equipment do not make mistakes in operation, ensure that when performing servicing tasks, beautiful surface and improve product durability.
• Carry out maintenance work according to the plan approved by the Engineer Managerment.
• Perform painting, patching of surfaces, ceiling floors and details that need aesthetics.
• Ensure safety at work.
• Request supplies and materials needed for maintenance work.
• Recommend, advise special tools ensure the implementation of the assigned work quickly, safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the shift engineer to handle the required work from other departments.
• Be responsible for products, machines and product surfaces to ensure quality and technical requirements.
• Preserve tools, equipment and save materials during the working process.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
• Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotelt's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
• Previous experience as a Technician or similar role in a 4-5 star hotel & resort, or large facility preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong technical knowledge with ability to diagnose and repair equipment quickly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety standards, fire & life safety systems, and energy-saving practices.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, respond to emergencies, and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
