JOB SCOPE SUMMARY:
- The Executive Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and service delivery of the Executive Lounge, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience for VIPs, premium guests, and loyalty members. This role manages and supervises the Executive Lounge team, upholding the highest standards of hospitality, food and beverage service, and guest satisfaction.
- The position also plays a key role in staff training, scheduling, financial management, and maintaining the Executive Lounge as a refined and welcoming environment consistent with luxury hotel standards.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To ensure premium guests and VIPs receive an unparalleled, professional, and personalized service experience.
2. To supervise and lead the Executive Lounge team in maintaining consistent excellence in hospitality and service standards.
3. To oversee the quality and presentation of food, beverages, and amenities offered in the Executive Lounge.
4. To manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
5. To support the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals through effective operations, revenue management, and cost control.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. At least College/Bachelor degree in Hospitality field.
2. Minimum 4–5 years of Front Office, Guest Relations, or Food & Beverage experience, including at least 2 years in assistant manager role within a 5-star hotel.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage
5. In-depth knowledge of guest service standards, VIP protocols, and F&B operations.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions.
7. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
