- Daily coordination of the Engineering department works and related tasks
- Maintain all department records and instructions from the Director of Engineering and Engineering Duty Manager.
- Controlling and following the attendance control system.
- To ensure that all goods ate immediately dispatched to store for which they are intended and that no goods are left unsecured or unsupervised.
- Distributes goods to the Engineering Department staff against stores request.
- Weekly requisitioning of materials required to maintain stock level.
- Enters all materials in and out of stores into the computer on a weekly basis.
- Stock taking to be completed at a given time by the Hotel Management.
- Coordinate and distribute daily maintenance work orders and man the engineering department phones taking work requests and general engineering administrative duties as defined by the Director of Engineering.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in hotel engineering, with at least 1 year of experience in an Engineering Coordinator hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or English (specific field relevant to the company's focus)
