Mô tả công việc

Assist in handling guest inquiries and room bookings via phone, email, and online platforms (OTAs, brand website, direct channels).
Input and update reservation details in the Property Management System (PMS).
Provide accurate and professional information about room types, rates, and promotions.
Support in managing group reservations and special requests under supervision.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping teams to ensure booking accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Learn and apply upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Support preparation of daily and weekly reservation reports.
Maintain confidentiality of guest data and follow company policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Practical training in hotel reservations and guest service procedures.
Exposure to international-standard hospitality environment.
Coaching and mentorship from experienced supervisors.
Internship allowance (if applicable) and staff meals during shifts.
Internship certificate upon successful completion.
Potential opportunity for full-time employment after internship.
