• As Assistant Director of Marketing, you’ll help shape how the world sees and experiences our resort. Working alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing , you’ll craft campaigns that celebrate wellness, culture, and community while ensuring every touchpoint — from social media to in-room details — feels thoughtful, consistent, and inspiring.
• This role blends creativity with strategy: one day you may be designing a digital campaign to highlight our new spa ritual, and the next, collaborating with local artisans or wellness practitioners to bring unique stories to life.

• Tell Our Story – Create engaging content and campaigns that showcase our wellness philosophy, local culture, and unforgettable guest experiences.
• Elevate the Brand – Ensure our messaging is aligned with the resort’s voice: warm, mindful, and luxurious.
• Inspire Digitally – Manage social media, website, and email marketing with a focus on storytelling and community engagement.
• Collaborate Creatively – Partner with spa, culinary, and guest experience teams to co-create offerings and promotions.
• Engage the Community – Work with wellness influencers, media, and local partners to expand our reach authentically.
• Measure What Matters – Track performance, share insights, and continuously refine how we connect with our guests.
