Learning & Development Intern

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Begins to develop a knowledge of Learning & Development procedures

 Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them

 Maintain & updating Training Record & Tracking files

 Prepare Training materials (support translation, games, and other training materials)

 Support to organize Internal & External events for Hotel’s colleagues

 Coordinate and support to manage all Internship Programs in hotel

 Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message

 Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents

 Support tracking Merlin courses & Merlin supports

 Arrange appointments and meetings and training classes

 Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters

 Other duties assigned by Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills –

 Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability

to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the

Company.

 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

 Good writing skills

 Good English is a must

 Basic design or video-making skills (through Canva/ AI or Proshow is preferred)

 Passionate in events organizing

Qualifications –

 Prefer Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Hospitality Management background

Experience –

 Prefer candidates with MC experience at school/ club/ event

 Prefer candidates with energetic activities at school/ club/ other students’ organizations
