- Establish kitchen procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate kitchen layout, equipment installation, and supplier sourcing.
- Build and train the culinary team for opening readiness.
- Develop opening menus and conduct menu trials.
- Ensure all licenses, hygiene, and safety certifications are in place prior to opening.
- Lead the overall culinary operations of the hotel, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and design innovative menus aligned with guest preferences, market trends, and brand standards.
- Manage food costing, budgeting, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the culinary team to deliver creativity, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to support successful banquets, events, and restaurant operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and lead large teams.
- Expertise in multiple cuisines and modern culinary trends.
- Strong financial acumen in food costing and kitchen budgeting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
