Mô tả công việc
- Act as the Manager on Duty to oversee hotel operations during shifts.
- Ensure smooth running of Front Office operations, providing excellent service to all guests.
- Handle guest complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, and service delivery according to brand standards.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and service flow.
- Support the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in daily operations.
Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing Front Office SOPs, service standards, and training materials.
- Participate in the installation and testing of PMS and communication systems.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of the Front Office team.
- Conduct mock service trials and role-plays to ensure readiness before opening.
- Ensure all operational checklists and duty procedures are in place for the opening stage.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in a supervisory role at Front Office in hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Front Office procedures and PMS systems.
- Guest-oriented, responsible, and professional appearance.
- English proficiency is required.
