Mô tả công việc
- Oversee hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Supervise the Front Office night team, ensuring service delivery meets brand standards.
- Monitor hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures during the night.
- Prepare and review night audit reports, ensuring accuracy of financial and operational data.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless overnight operations.
Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing night shift procedures, SOPs, and emergency protocols.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of night team members.
- Participate in system testing (PMS, communication, and reporting tools).
- Conduct mock night audit and trial operations to ensure readiness.
- Ensure all reporting and operational checklists are set up for opening.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience as Night Manager, Duty Manager, or similar supervisory role in hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Front Office operations, night audit, and PMS systems.
- Guest-oriented, professional, and highly responsible.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
