Mô tả công việc

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Supervise the Guest Experience team to ensure outstanding service delivery across all guest touchpoints.
  • Act as the key contact for VIPs and long-stay guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints effectively, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to personalize guest experiences.
  • Support the Guest Experience Manager in developing and implementing guest service standards and initiatives.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high levels of guest engagement.

 Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating Guest Experience SOPs, guest journey maps, and service scripts.
  • Support in the recruitment and training of Guest Experience Officers.
  • Coordinate with IT and operations to test guest feedback systems and CRM tools.
  • Participate in service trials, soft-opening rehearsals, and brand training sessions.
  • Ensure VIP welcome protocols and guest recognition programs are ready for launch.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Previous experience in Guest Relations, Guest Experience, or Front Office in hotels or resorts.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Guest-oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality and personalized service.
  • Professional appearance, responsible, and positive attitude.
  • English proficiency (spoken & written). Other languages are an advantage.
