Mô tả công việc

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise and coordinate the Bell & Concierge team to provide professional, efficient, and friendly service.
Ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, transportation requests, and concierge services.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to service standards.
Assist in handling VIP arrivals and departures.
Support Front Office operations and work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Train and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.

Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities

Assist in setting up Bell Desk & Concierge service standards and SOPs.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of Bell & Concierge team members.
Participate in service trials and operational rehearsals prior to opening.
Ensure necessary equipment, storage areas, and transportation arrangements are ready for operations.
Prepare guest welcome protocols, luggage handling procedures, and coordination with transport providers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Previous experience in Bell/Concierge service at hotels or resorts.
Leadership and supervisory skills with ability to guide a team.
Strong guest service mindset, professional appearance, and responsibility
Good communication skills; English proficiency is preferred.
Ability to handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
