JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome and check-in/check-out guests in a warm, professional, and efficient manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and care.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure accurate handling of reservations, guest profiles, and payments through the PMS.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain professional grooming, service attitude, and adherence to brand standards.
Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities
- Participate in brand and service training sessions prior to opening.
- Assist in testing and practicing with PMS and communication systems.
- Join mock service trials and rehearsals to ensure operational readiness.
- Support in setting up the Front Desk and guest service areas.
- Familiarize with guest service SOPs, welcome scripts, and service standards before Day One.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in Front Office or customer service is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-oriented, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
