JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling to/from rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, and provide initial orientation.
- Deliver messages, parcels, and amenities promptly and courteously.
- Ensure the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas are neat and well-organized.
- Assist with guest transportation arrangements (taxis, shuttles, tours).
- Provide attentive, personalized service to create a memorable first and last impression.
Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities
- Participate in service training and brand standard workshops prior to opening.
- Support in setting up lobby and luggage storage facilities.
- Practice guest arrival and departure scenarios in mock service trials.
- Familiarize with service scripts, SOPs, and emergency procedures before Day One.
- Assist the Front Office team in preparing guest service materials for opening.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in guest service, hospitality, or customer care is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Positive, energetic, and service-minded attitude.
- Basic English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Good physical condition to handle luggage and assist guests.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
