JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise daily operations of the Fitness Club and swimming pool area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor pool activities, ensuring lifeguard presence, water quality, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance for Fitness Club & Pool Attendants.
- Ensure fitness equipment, pool facilities, and locker rooms are maintained and in good condition.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information on wellness facilities, and promote activities/events.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office to ensure smooth operation.
Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up Fitness Club and pool facilities, including equipment installation and safety checks.
- Develop SOPs for fitness and pool operations, safety protocols, and service standards.
- Recruit, train, and onboard the Fitness & Pool team.
- Coordinate with contractors/suppliers for fitness equipment, pool chemicals, and safety gear.
- Conduct mock service trials, emergency drills, and ensure operational readiness before opening.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in Fitness Club, Pool, or Recreation operations in hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance, water quality, and safety standards is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Lifeguard or First Aid/CPR certification is a strong plus.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Service-minded, energetic, and guest-focused.
