JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the daily operations of the Fitness Club and swimming pool.
- Welcome and assist guests using fitness and pool facilities in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and enforce rules.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the gym, pool, and locker room areas.
- Support in handling towels, amenities, and guest requests.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Supervisor immediately.
- Provide information about fitness/pool facilities and hotel recreation services.
Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities
- Participate in service and safety training prior to opening.
- Assist in setting up gym equipment, pool facilities, and locker areas.
- Learn and practice SOPs for guest service, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
- Take part in mock service trials and drills to ensure readiness.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in fitness, recreation, or pool operations is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Guest-oriented, energetic, and service-minded.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors at the pool.
- Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
