Job description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations on assigned guest room floors.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards are met.
- Monitor room attendants’ performance, provide guidance, and support training when needed.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and ensure follow-up is completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate with Front Office and Engineering to report room status, maintenance issues, and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of room inspections, lost & found, and supply usage.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and hotel procedures.
Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities
- Participate in setting up housekeeping pantries and storage areas on assigned floors.
- Assist in preparing opening inventories of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Support training of Room Attendants on cleaning procedures and brand standards.
- Conduct mock room inspections and service trials before opening.
- Help implement SOPs and room inspection checklists to ensure readiness.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants.
- Guest-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning procedures.
