Restaurant Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned restaurant to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate service team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate food & beverage service.
• Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the restaurant.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the implementation of promotions, events, and service standards.
• Manage stock control of restaurant supplies and report shortages to the Manager.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and brand standards are strictly maintained.

Pre-Opening / Set-up Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up the restaurant, including layout, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of service team members.
• Contribute to creating service SOPs and workflow processes.
• Take part in mock service runs, menu tastings, and operational trials.
• Ensure restaurant readiness for soft opening and official launch.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in an international hotel or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent guest interaction skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication skills in English are required; other languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
