Mô tả công việc
- Audit and verify all revenue transactions from rooms, F&B outlets, spa, and other hotel services
- Review daily revenue reports, trial balances, and supporting documents from Night Audit
- Ensure all rates, discounts, and complimentary rooms are properly authorized and documented
- Verify credit card transactions and ensure timely posting and accuracy
- Audit banquet and event charges against signed banquet event orders (BEOs)
- Monitor and report on overages, shortages, and discrepancies in cashier reports
- Prepare and distribute daily revenue summaries and income journals to management
- Assist in month-end closing and ensure trial balances match the general ledger
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of audit records for compliance and reference
- Conduct spot checks in outlets to ensure proper handling of transactions and controls
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or Master’s is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience as same position in hotels (pre-opening experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and compliance requirements.
