Mô tả công việc
- Supervise the daily operations of the accounts payable team
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and coding to correct accounts
- Ensure timely processing of payments via bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods
- Monitor aging reports and maintain strong vendor relationships by ensuring timely payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, internal controls, and financial regulations
- Coordinate with purchasing and receiving departments to match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
- Train and support accounts payable staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and service standards
- Prepare reports related to accounts payable performance, outstanding liabilities, and cash flow forecasts
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or Master’s is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and compliance requirements.
