Mô tả công việc
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Ensure products meet quality standards and report any discrepancies or damages
- Record and log all received items accurately in the inventory system
- Coordinate with the Purchasing and Accounts Payable teams to resolve delivery issues
- Label and organize items for proper storage or distribution to relevant departments
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the receiving area
- Monitor delivery schedules and communicate with suppliers when necessary
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations during receiving procedures
- Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation as required
- Prepare daily receiving reports and submit to Finance or Purchasing departments
- Handle returns and exchanges with vendors when items are incorrect or defective

Yêu cầu công việc
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in receiving, warehousing, or hotel operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
