- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to showcase hotel facilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to develop promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and guest satisfaction

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, with proven success in a senior or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, market segmentation, and revenue management
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
