Mô tả công việc
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Process individual and group reservations accurately using the hotel’s reservation system
- Provide information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel services
- Upsell room categories and promotional offers to maximize revenue
- Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations as requested by guests
- Maintain updated records of bookings, cancellations, and no-shows
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, or room preferences
- Ensure all guest data is entered correctly and securely into the system

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations or front office in a hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
