Concierge Trainee (Bellman/ Hostess)

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, storing, and delivering baggage to guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
• Ensure the driveway is clear of vehicles, and is kept clean and tidy. Unattended cars are not to be left in the driveway
• Assist in coordinating guest transportation, including taxis, airport transfers, and valet arrangements as directed.
• Deliver guest messages, parcels, packages, newspapers, and other items promptly and accurately.
• Support guests with directions and general information regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Ensure luggage movement and guest requests are handled efficiently while maintaining security and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Concierge Supervisor or Duty Manager.

2. Concierge Hostess Trainee

• Welcome guests at the Concierge Desk in a friendly and professional manners.
• Assist guests with basic information regarding hotel facilities, services, and operating hours.
• Support the Concierge team in handling guest inquiries and requests.
• Assist in arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest services under the guidance of the Concierge team.
• Maintain Concierge Desk cleanliness and ensure brochures, maps, and promotional materials are well organized.
• Learn and maintain basic knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and hotel services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Concierge Supervisor.
