• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS).
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy.
• Provide concierge support, including local area information, transportation, and restaurant bookings.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain clean, organized, and professional.
• Uphold the hotel's brand standards and deliver exceptional service at all times.

• Internship allowance of 2,000,000 VND per month

• Proven experience as a hotel receptionist or similar role in a 3- or 4-star hotel.
