Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including supervision of staff accountants and financial analysts.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements (PL,BS,CF), reports ( Tax..), and forecasts.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
- Oversee banks, petty cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam financial regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards, ensuring the organization's practices remain compliant.
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional accounting certification required.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel , PMS, other hotel systems.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam financial regulations.
