We are opening an authentic Indian restaurant in Ha Long – one of Vietnam’s most famous tourist destinations – and are looking for a talented Indian Chef to join our team.
Position: Indian Chef (Head Chef / Senior Chef)
Location: Ha Long City, Quang Ninh, Vietnam
Contract: Full-time, 1–2 years (renewable)
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage authentic Indian menus (North, South, Tandoor, Vegetarian, Jain food).
• Ensure high quality & consistency of dishes.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Manage food cost, inventory, and hygiene standards.
• Support group menus (tour groups, events, buffets)
Quyền lợi được hưởng
• Salary: USD 2,000 – 3,000/month (based on experience).
• Free accommodation & meals.
• Work visa & work permit provided.
• Return air ticket (India – Vietnam).
• 1 day off per week, annual leave as per Vietnamese law
Yêu cầu công việc
• Indian nationality, 5+ years’ experience in Indian cuisine (restaurant or hotel).
• Strong knowledge of different Indian cuisines.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to relocate to Vietnam.
