Administrative & Executive Support
Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
Support the preparation and follow-up of executive-level meetings and reports.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate communication between departments and the General Manager’s office.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in drafting formal communication, internal announcements, and external letters.
Logistics & Event Support
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for the General Manager and visiting executives.
Support the organization of internal events, meetings, and special functions.
Maintain meeting schedules, agendas, and necessary documentation.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information and documents with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ensure discretion in all executive-level correspondence and decision-making processes.

Yêu cầu công việc
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Foreign Languages, Marketing, Office Management, or related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive assistant/secretarial role, preferably in a 4–5-star hotel or corporate environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Fluent in Korean (both written and spoken) is preferred; English is an advantage.
-Discreet, reliable, and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
