1. Initial Offer (First 6 Months – Probation)

• Salary: USD 550 – 600/month

• Free accommodation, meals, return airfare, work visa, and basic insurance.

• Probation period: 6 months.

2. After 6 Months – Performance Review

• Good performance  increase to USD 700 – 750/month.

• Excellent performance (e.g., assisting with kitchen management, training local staff)  up to USD 800/month.

3. Long-Term Contract (1–2 years)

• Clear commitment: if the employee resigns without valid reasons before the contract ends, they must reimburse the cost of visa and airfare.

• Additional benefits: possible performance or seasonal bonuses.

4. Non-Financial Benefits
