Mô tả công việc

Front Office Operation

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to manage reservations, room inventory, full-house, and overbooking situations.
  • Monitor staff punctuality, grooming, and conduct daily briefings for effective communication.
  • Handle guest correspondence, feedback, and maintain close relations with VIP, corporate, and long-stay guests.
  • Review market trends, analyze rooming lists, and drive up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Accor loyalty program (ALL) and ensure effective promotion to guests.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop Front Office team members with clear induction and training programs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify potential team members for development.
  • Monitor professionalism, attitude, and service standards across the team.
  • Prepare staff schedules, payroll, and reports in line with operational needs and budgets.
  • Lead regular departmental meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and address operational issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills

• A team player & builder

• Results and service oriented with an eye for details

• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
