Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for the pre-opening and post-launch phases of our new luxury 5-star hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam. This role is critical to building the hotel's brand identity, creating awareness in key markets, driving direct bookings, and supporting revenue generation across rooms, F&B outlets, and ancillary services.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening Phase:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-opening marketing plan, including branding, PR, digital, and traditional marketing.
  • Work closely with ownership, design, and branding teams to ensure brand alignment and positioning.
  • Coordinate with global, regional, and local partners for launch campaigns and opening events.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies and media partners to ensure strong media coverage and press visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, digital assets, and photography/videography content.

Post-Opening Phase:

  • Manage the hotel’s online presence (website, OTAs, social media) and ensure content is up to date, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
  • Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive occupancy, F&B traffic, and spa bookings.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Lead local partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branding initiatives to build community engagement.
  • Work in collaboration with the Sales, F&B, and Revenue teams to support commercial goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local tourism boards, media, influencers, and travel trade.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality marketing; experience with hotel openings is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and guest expectations in a 5-star environment.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required;
  • Knowledge of the Da Nang market and Vietnam's tourism landscape is preferred.
