Banquet Manager

• Supervise and control all banquet operations, ensuring smooth execution of functions.

• Monitor duty rosters and scheduling of banquet staff to ensure adequate coverage.

• Coordinate with other departments to enhance operations and resolve issues efficiently.

• Handle operational challenges, guest complaints, inquiries, and requests with professionalism.

• Ensure service quality during all banquet functions, maintaining the highest standards.

• Build and maintain strong guest relations, engaging with clients to obtain feedback and personalize service.

• Foster teamwork by working harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

• Collaborate closely with the Kitchen to ensure quality food preparation, presentation, and timely service.

• Work directly with Banquet Sales Manager to coordinate all event details.

• Supervise the preparation of function rooms according to event orders and amendments.

• Liaise with event organizers to confirm all requirements are fulfilled.

• Ensure banquet rooms are clean, tidy, and all equipment is properly maintained and stored.

• Conduct pre-function checks to verify that all specific requirements are in place.

• Maintain inventory logbooks for beverages and operating equipment (OE) such as glassware, linens, chinaware, silverware, audiovisual equipment, etc.

• Assist in payroll-related documentation including new hires, personal records, wage adjustments, and terminations.

• Attend F&B departmental meetings and daily operations briefings.

• College degree or above: majorHotel Management or similar 
• Vietnamese- Excellent level, written & spoken
• English - Good level, written & spoken 
• Computer Skills 
• Letter Writing Skills 
• At least 3 years experience in international hotel at the same position 

- Good Korean skill

- Good communication skill

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

- Problem solving,motivating and organizational abilities, service orientated

- At least 6-month experience in similar position in 4-5 star hotel
