Restaurant Supervisor
Reports to: General Manager (GM)
Workplace: Botea & Jardin des Rêves
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations at Botea and Jardin des Rêves to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and support FOH staff (hosts, waiters, runners) to maintain service standards.
Monitor staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance.
Ensure consistency in food & beverage quality, service flow, and brand standards.
Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
Support GM in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.
Oversee daily opening/closing checklists, cash handling, and inventory control.
Assist in implementing promotions, events, or special menus.
Report operational issues and propose improvements to GM.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for hospitality and delivering high guest experience.
Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts effectively.
Fluent Vietnamese; English communication is a plus.
