To manage the overall bar operations of Habanos Specialist to deliver our brand promise through excellent F&B products and services, while maximizing sales and revenue target through customer satisfaction and also Bar team members engagement.
Main responsibility:
1. Understand brand concept of company to delivery wow services.
2. Critical thinking and creative F&B service concept base on company goal.
3. Promise to maintain F&B service and bar standard operation procedure.
4. Leading Bar Team.
5. Bar Team Development.
6. Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities.
8. Following the standard operation procedure and food & beverage safety and hygiene.
9. Search and learn how to use the System.
10. Additional Responsibilities.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduated Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage Service industry, Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• At least 3-5 years in F&B industry, international hotel, mixology bar, nightlight bar, social bar, beatbox bar, fine dining restaurant, event service or international hospitality management experience essential.
• Updated with the latest F&B trends, technologies and best practices and ability to tie this into guest expectation.
• Strong leadership skills to training and manage a highly F&B team member
• Highly organized with excellent negotiation skills.
