- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and food safety standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise the culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes across all outlets and banqueting.
- Support menu development, recipe standardization, and food presentation in alignment with brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures (HACCP).
- Manage kitchen inventories, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with F&B, Purchasing, and Stewarding teams for smooth daily operations.
- Drive creativity and innovation in culinary offerings, reflecting both local and international cuisines.
- Take charge in the absence of the Executive Chef and maintain operational excellence.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position at a 4–5 star hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine, modern cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
