Mô tả công việc
- Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing and producing a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and hotel standards.
- / Hỗ trợ Bếp trưởng Bánh trong việc chuẩn bị và sản xuất các loại bánh ngọt, bánh kem, món tráng miệng theo công thức và tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
- / Đảm bảo chất lượng, hương vị và hình thức đồng nhất cho tất cả sản phẩm bánh.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the pastry section in compliance with HACCP standards.
- / Duy trì vệ sinh, trật tự và an toàn thực phẩm trong khu vực bếp bánh theo tiêu chuẩn HACCP.
- Assist in checking stock levels and proper storage of ingredients.
- / Hỗ trợ kiểm tra tồn kho và bảo quản nguyên liệu đúng cách.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- / Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các thành viên trong bếp để đảm bảo hoạt động diễn ra suôn sẻ.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Certificate or diploma in Pastry or Culinary Arts.
- / Có chứng chỉ hoặc bằng cấp chuyên ngành Làm bánh hoặc Nghệ thuật Ẩm thực.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in pastry or bakery in hotels or restaurants.
- / Tối thiểu 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm làm bánh ngọt hoặc bánh mì tại khách sạn hoặc nhà hàng.
- Basic knowledge of pastry production, ingredients, and baking techniques.
- / Nắm vững kiến thức cơ bản về kỹ thuật làm bánh, nguyên liệu và quy trình nướng.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality desserts.
- / Tỉ mỉ, yêu nghề và có đam mê sáng tạo ra những món bánh chất lượng cao.
- Willing to learn and able to work under supervision.
- / Sẵn sàng học hỏi và có thể làm việc dưới sự hướng dẫn của cấp trên.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- / Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản là một lợi thế.
