Mô tả công việc
- Assist the Canteen Chef in preparing and cooking daily meals for hotel staff according to menu plans.
- / Hỗ trợ Bếp trưởng Bếp ăn nhân viên trong việc chuẩn bị và nấu các bữa ăn hàng ngày theo thực đơn đã lên kế hoạch.
- Ensure food is cooked properly, tastes good, and meets hygiene and safety standards.
- / Đảm bảo món ăn được chế biến đúng cách, ngon miệng và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the staff canteen and kitchen area.
- / Duy trì vệ sinh và trật tự trong khu vực bếp và nhà ăn nhân viên.
- Assist in food storage, labeling, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- / Hỗ trợ lưu trữ, ghi nhãn và xoay vòng nguyên liệu để giảm hao hụt.
- Follow hotel and Accor standards in food preparation and service.
- / Thực hiện chế biến và phục vụ theo tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn và Tập đoàn Accor.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- / Có kiến thức cơ bản về chế biến món ăn và vệ sinh bếp.
- At least 1 year of experience in staff canteen or kitchen operations is preferred.
- / Ưu tiên ứng viên có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại bếp ăn nhân viên hoặc bếp khách sạn.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- / Siêng năng, kỷ luật và có tinh thần học hỏi.
- Able to work in shifts and under supervision.
- / Có thể làm việc theo ca và dưới sự hướng dẫn của cấp trên.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- / Có tinh thần đồng đội và thái độ tích cực.
