Mô tả công việc
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and working areas according to hotel standards.
- / Làm sạch và khử trùng toàn bộ dụng cụ, thiết bị và khu vực làm việc trong bếp theo tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn.
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
- / Vận hành máy rửa chén an toàn và hiệu quả.
- Assist chefs and kitchen team by ensuring sufficient clean tools and utensils are available.
- / Hỗ trợ đội ngũ đầu bếp bằng cách đảm bảo đầy đủ dụng cụ sạch sẵn sàng sử dụng.
- Remove waste and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and stewarding areas.
- / Thu gom rác và duy trì vệ sinh tại khu vực bếp và rửa chén.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines (HACCP).
- / Tuân thủ quy định về vệ sinh, an toàn thực phẩm (HACCP).
- Assist in deep cleaning schedules and event setups when required.
- / Hỗ trợ vệ sinh tổng thể định kỳ và chuẩn bị dụng cụ khi có tiệc hoặc sự kiện.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in kitchen or stewarding is an advantage but not required.
- / Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong bộ phận bếp hoặc rửa chén, nhưng không bắt buộc.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedures.
- / Có hiểu biết cơ bản về vệ sinh và quy trình làm sạch.
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in shifts.
