Mô tả công việc

I. Position Summary
The Korean Speaking Business Development/Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and maximizing occupancy/revenue, with a specific focus on the Korean expatriate and business community in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role requires fluency in Korean, a deep understanding of Korean business culture, and proven sales expertise in the hospitality, serviced apartment, or high-end residential real estate sector. The manager will be responsible for both acquiring new corporate accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing key clients, particularly those with Korean connection.


II. Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development & Sales Strategy (Korean Market Focus)
1. Market Penetration: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy specifically targeting Korean companies, embassies, trade organizations (e.g., KOTRA, KOCHAM), and individuals in need of serviced apartments (Oakwood Residence Saigon and Richlane Residences).
2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calls, site visits, networking events, and utilizing existing industry contacts within the Korean business community.
3. Client Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR Managers, Relocation Specialists, Procurement) at corporate clients, focusing on securing corporate housing and long-term lease agreements.
4. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct professional sales presentations and site inspections (in Korean and English/Vietnamese as needed) and negotiate competitive corporate rates and contract terms to maximize revenue and occupancy.
5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both properties.


B. Operational Support
1. Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
2. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and client information in the CRM system. Provide regular, detailed sales reports and forecasts for the Korean market segment.
3. Guest Satisfaction: Work closely with the operations and front office teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of Korean guests and address any sales-related client feedback promptly and professionally.

III. Qualifications and Skills

A. Essential Qualifications
• Language: Korean (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Other Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for internal communication and international business. Knowledge of Vietnamese is a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Sales, preferably within the Hospitality, or Service Apartment.
• Market Knowledge: Proven experience in the Ho Chi Minh City market, with established contacts within the Korean business sector (e.g., manufacturing, finance, IT companies).


B. Required Skills & Competencies
• Exceptional Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Cross-Cultural Communication: High level of cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients, especially Korean executives.
• Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve ambitious targets.
• Professional Integrity: High degree of professionalism, ethics, and discretion.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


IV. Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
