The purpose of this role is to:

• Create unique and memorable experiences for both in-house and local guests;
• Strengthen Sheraton Hanoi’s positioning as a vibrant social and lifestyle destination in the city;
• Support the Marcom team in generating marketing content and storytelling opportunities;
• Enhance guest satisfaction and drive incremental revenue through engaging events and activations.

Key event categories include but are not limited to:

• Festive and seasonal events: Christmas Tree Lighting, Mid-Autumn Festival workshops, Tet celebrations, Valentine’s Day, Easter, International Women’s Day, Father’s Day, and Children’s Day activities.
• Well-being and awareness events: World Mental Health Day, World Health Day, and other global observance events.
• Culinary promotions: Opening ceremonies for culinary weeks (Malay, Indian, etc.), new menu launches, wine dinners, and related activities.
• Brand and community events: Gatherings by Sheraton, Sheraton Side by Side series, Book Club, Marriott Bonvoy Moments, and Good Travel initiatives.
• Appreciation events: Media Appreciation Night, Wedding Partner Night, Corporate Thank You Party, GCAW Night, and other GM-assigned events.

The role oversees the end-to-end event process - from creative concept development, budgeting, planning, coordination with internal departments and vendors, to post-event evaluation - ensuring all activities align with brand standards and guest experience objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or events industry; or
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in event planning, marketing communications, or F&B activations.
• Preferred background: luxury hotels/resorts, brand agencies, event management companies, or lifestyle/travel media.
