1. Monitors Front Office personnel to ensure guest receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
2. Informed other operation departments, notably, Housekeeping, F&B, on Front Office matters which concerns then.
3. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
4. Assist in conducts such function as interviewing, orientation, selection, performance appraisal, coaching, training and discipline if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
5. Identifies training needs, develop formal training and implements training session.
6. Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure furnishings, facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained.
7. Assist in schedule and regularly conducts routine inspection of areas under control.
8. Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of departmental employees.
9. Assist in conducting comprehensive monthly departmental meeting to include review of procedures and events which warrant special handling and detailed information
10. Assist in preparing the monthly statistical, performance and forecast reports as necessary
11. Communicates to management all information likely to of interest such as expected arrival and departure of VIP’s and all other pertinent information
12. Ensure that all rooming list are prepared and distributed in advance to all groups
13. Maintains good public relation by extending personalized service to guest and assisting them upon their arrival.
14. Check and inspect all the amenities for all VIP’s and ensure that they received their category accordingly
15. Escorts VIP guests to their rooms.
16. Maintains good relations with local authorities and other government officials.
17. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
18. Well-groomed, neat and tidy at work.
19. Strictly comply the Hotel regulation and Employee Handbook.
20. Implement Department Head’s instruction and assignment.
21. Follow communication lines and report lines.
22. Maintain Sunrise standards of service quality and performance standards.
23. Believe in teamwork, cooperate with colleagues.
24. Any additional tasks requested by his/ her HOD.
