Mô tả công việc
- Carry out painting, polishing, and finishing work for walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture.
- / Thực hiện công việc sơn, đánh bóng và hoàn thiện cho tường, trần, cửa và đồ nội thất.
- Repair and repaint damaged or faded surfaces as required.
- / Sửa chữa và sơn lại các bề mặt bị hư hỏng hoặc phai màu khi cần.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer before painting.
- / Chuẩn bị bề mặt bằng cách làm sạch, chà nhám và sơn lót trước khi sơn hoàn thiện.
- Mix paints and match colors to ensure consistency and quality of finish.
- / Pha màu và kiểm tra độ đồng nhất để đảm bảo chất lượng hoàn thiện.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas and tools.
- / Đảm bảo khu vực làm việc và dụng cụ luôn sạch sẽ, an toàn.
- Support other maintenance activities when required by the Engineering Supervisor.
- / Hỗ trợ các công việc bảo trì khác theo yêu cầu của Giám sát kỹ thuật.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience as a painter, preferably in hotels, resorts, or construction.
- / Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm thợ sơn, ưu tiên từng làm việc trong khách sạn, khu nghỉ dưỡng hoặc công trình xây dựng.
- Knowledge of different paint types, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
- / Hiểu biết về các loại sơn, cách xử lý bề mặt và kỹ thuật hoàn thiện.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- / Tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận và luôn chú trọng chất lượng công việc.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- / Có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả.
- Basic understanding of hotel maintenance and safety standards.
- / Hiểu biết cơ bản về bảo trì khách sạn và tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động.
