Objective
The Butler is responsible for delivering the highest level of personalized service to guests, ensuring all their needs are met and exceeded, from arrival through their stay until departure. The Butler acts as a "Brand Ambassador," embodying the luxury, sophistication, and distinctiveness of the hotel.
Main Responsibilities
1. Guest Reception & Assistance
- Personally welcome VIP, long-stay, and important guests upon arrival.
- Facilitate fast and private check-in/check-out procedures.
- Escort guests to their rooms, introducing amenities and services.
2. Personalized Service
- Manage guest preference profiles.
- Assist in arranging itineraries: restaurant, spa, and transportation bookings, event tickets.
- Provide in-room services: serving tea/coffee, packing/unpacking luggage, coordinating turndown service.
- Handle special requests and maintain absolute confidentiality of guest information.
3. Operational Support
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Concierge departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct pre-arrival room inspections.
- Monitor and promptly respond to guest requests received via phone, app, or in person.
4. Guest Relations & Situation Handling
- Maintain personal rapport with guests, addressing them by name during interactions.
- Handle complaints with tact and professionalism.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and report feedback.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Qualifications & Experience
- Graduated from College/University in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 4–5 star hotel (priority given to experience in Front Office, Guest Service, or Butler roles).
- Proficient English communication skills; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
2. Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Discreet, meticulous, with an understanding of international service culture.
- Ability to handle situations promptly and tactfully.
- Polished appearance, professional attitude, and discretion.
